Blessen Jose - Executive Administrator

As an executive administrator, Blessen Jose will oversee nursing staff, organize care plans and arrange/provide training for caregivers. Ensuring the business's functionality, including inspection readiness, marketing knowledge of new and/or updated legislation, and mitigating consumer complaints are among the primary responsibilities of the executive administrator. Being a social worker by profession he has several years of experience in working with all age groups.

Jason Joseph - Financial Manager

Jason Joseph will be overseeing financial reporting and providing financial support for Helping Hands Home Care. He also develops long and short-term objectives to carry this organization through each accounting cycle in alignment with established policies and strategic plans of the company, his previous experience as a successful entrepreneur is also an important asset. Jason will also ensure the clear communication and review of financial reports, as well as compliance with tax and legal regulations as they relate to finance and accounting.

Bindu Joseph - Nursing Director

Bindu Joseph is a registered nurse with approximately 20 years of experience in health care. She is skilled in providing care to the critically ill patients, management of our HHH unit as a shift charge nurse and will provide orientation and training for new hires. Bindu will supervise the care takers in the company, by providing coaching, advice, and positive feedback. Her experiences at different hospitals will help the company to create a professional work environment that values caretakers treats clients with dignity and respects diversity. 

Cicy Jose - Nursing Administrator

As nursing administrator, Cicy Jose is responsible for overseeing staff and serving patients. She will hire and manage nurses and other health care staff who will be part of our team. Cicy is also proficient in budgeting, resource planning and development and implementation of care plan for patients. She is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience with geriatric population.
